Return and Refund Policy

Lucas Wolfe Auto Racing Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date:  5/16/2024

1. Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lucas Wolfe Auto Racing. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at lwarmerch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at lwarmerch@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lwarmerch@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
